Get an Expert Second Opinion on Your Spine Condition
Considering spine surgery or treatment? Dr. Zain Mirza offers specialized second opinion evaluations to ensure you receive the best care possible. If you have already consulted a doctor and want expert confirmation on your diagnosis or treatment plan, we can help.
To be eligible for a Second Opinion & Image Review, you MUST provide:
- X-ray (Lumbar or Cervical)
- MRI taken within the last 12 months
Our Dallas, Frisco, Irving, and Plano locations are available for in-person consultations.
How to Submit Your Diagnostic Images
Choose the most convenient method to send us your medical imaging and reports.
Option 1: Upload Diagnostic Images (Fastest & Easiest)
Click the “Upload My Images” button below to start your Second Opinion & Image Review process.
Once uploaded, kindly email info@dallasspinesurgery.com with the following details:
- Radiology reports of your imaging
- Insurance card (front and back)
- Picture ID
- Full name, birth date, and phone number
Option 2: Mail Your Diagnostic Images
If you cannot upload images online, you can mail a CD of your diagnostic imaging along with required documents to:

- CD of your diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI)
- Radiology reports
- Insurance card (front and back)
- Picture ID
- Full name and contact information
Note: We cannot accept JPEG, ZIP files, or access imaging portals from hospitals or clinics.
Option 3: Drop Off Your Images In-Person
You may drop off your diagnostic images at our Texas Spine Group:

What Happens Next?
Step 1:We receive your diagnostic images and new patient intake form.
Step 2: Our team assesses your scans and medical history (typically within 7-10 days).
Step 3: We provide a detailed evaluation of your spine condition and treatment options.
Step 4: If surgery is needed, we discuss next steps and potential treatment plans.
Our goal is to provide clarity, confidence, and expert guidance to help you make an informed decision about your spine health.

- By submitting your medical images, you acknowledge that:
- Your healthcare information will only be reviewed by Dr. Zain Mirza and his team.
- This review provides informational guidance and does not replace an in-person physical exam.
- A final diagnosis requires a face-to-face consultation with Dr. Zain Mirza.
